VAR-SOM-AM62P
At the heart of the VAR-SOM-AM62P is a TI Sitara™ AM62Px SoC with a 1.4 GHz Quad Cortex™-A53 CPU and 800MHz Cortex-R5F real-time co-processor. The SoM combines powerful multimedia processing, video acceleration capabilities, and advanced 3D graphics with OpenGL ES 3.2 and Vulkan 1.2 support. The SoM delivers an ideal solution for industrial embedded products requiring video encoding/decoding (H.264/H.265), through its rich connectivity features including certified Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth/BLE 5.4, 4× CAN-FD, dual GbE, audio, camera input via MIPI-CSI2, and dual USB. The VAR-SOM-AM62P supports full industrial operating temperatures (-40 to 85°C), up to 8GB LPDDR4 memory, and multiple display options including MIPI-DSI and dual LVDS. The VAR-SOM-AM62P is compatible with the VAR-SOM Pin2Pin family, providing seamless scalability across Variscite's product line.
